1. No Guarantee of Success
InHer Empire provides business guidance, advice, and materials to support entrepreneurs. However, we do not guarantee or promise financial success, increased sales, or business growth. Your results depend on your own efforts, strategies, market conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.

While we strive to provide valuable information, all business decisions are solely your responsibility. We encourage you to conduct your own research and consult with professionals when necessary.
3. Product Sales Policy
We take pride in offering quality products and ensuring every order is handled with care. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on eyelashes. Additionally, eyewear frames are sold as-is and do not include prescription lenses.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist in finding a resolution.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If a package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
5. No Liability
InHer Empire is not responsible for any losses, financial or otherwise, incurred as a result of using our services or products. We are not liable for business outcomes, legal issues, or any consequences resulting from the implementation of our advice or materials.
6. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. We encourage customers to carefully review all product details before placing an order.
In the rare event of an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Intellectual Property AND/OR Products
All content, materials, and resources provided by InHer Empire are for personal and business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
8. Code of Conduct
We foster a supportive and respectful community. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misuse of our services will result in immediate termination of access.
